We are privately owned with headquarters in Boise, Idaho. We manufacture engineered wood products, plywood, lumber, and particleboard and distribute a broad line of building materials, including wood products manufactured by the company.

Boise is a privately held company owned by Madison Dearborn Partners IV and management (80%), and OfficeMax (20%). Madison Dearborn Partners is a private equity firm with extensive experience in the forest products sector.
