Boise Build-Rite™ Services

The Boise Build-Rite™ Process has been developed for national and regional production builders that build multiple homes from a single set of plans. Boise Build-Rite Services evaluates a builder's project to identify ways to lower house construction costs without diminishing quality. Typical framing material savings range from 8% to 12% for each home built with a Boise Build-Rite™ design, which can add up quickly when a single plan is repeatedly built.

The Boise Build-Rite process involves several steps, starting with an inspection of the targeted house as it is being erected. After this inspection, while referencing the home plan with existing blueprints and working drawings, the home plan is modeled on a computer into a three-dimensional mock-up. This mock-up provides a structural analysis of the framing package, including floors, walls, and roof trusses. The Boise Build-Rite™ team then uses this mock-up to review every detail of the framing package to find ways to build the home with fewer materials and less labor while maintaining or improving quality.

With precise working drawings and an accurate material list, Boise Build-Rite™ Project Managers are able to work with a builder's construction team to achieve efficient process control systems for both the construction process and material management. The end result is a Boise Build-Rite™ design is built the same way each time with the same amount of materials.
