BOISE PlansRoom™ Terms of Use

Any party supplying plans, drawings, digital files or other information (the "Materials") to Boise EWP for copying, scanning, or loading onto BOISE PlansRoom computer site, represents and warrants (i) that the party is the copyright owner of the Materials and authorizes copying, scanning or loading the Materials onto BOISE PlansRoom computer site and for making all further copies of said Materials made by parties accessing BOISE PlansRoom computer site, or (ii) that said party has the written permission of the copyright owner to copy said Materials onto BOISE PlansRoom computer site and for making all further copies of said Materials made by parties accessing BOISE PlansRoom computer site. The party supplying the Materials agrees to indemnify and hold Boise Cascade harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or other expense, including attorney's fees, resulting from any breach of the forgoing representation and warranty.
