A diverse group of associates come together from different locations, divisions, functions and backgrounds to provide thought leadership and guide priorities. This Steering Committee is our grass roots effort to listen to and learn from our associates.
Learning and Engagement
Associates at all levels participate in diversity, equity, inclusion, and unconscious bias training. Associates are also invited to monthly webinars to celebrate our differences and foster a culture of inclusion for all.
