BC Calc® Software
BC Calc® Sizing Software
Our advanced software program, BC Calc sizing software performs engineering analysis to help our customers size beams, joists, columns, studs and tall walls for their building projects. It is simple to use, yet flexible and powerful enough to analyze a variety of common applications. Users enter the member geometry, adds loads, holes and other relevant data and then selects a product for analysis. The program helps the user identify which of Boise Cascade’s engineered wood products meet the demands of the application.
After the analysis has been run, the user can create an easy-to-read PDF design report that clearly shows important span and load information as well as the analysis results.
The Next Generation of BC Calc Sizing Software
This next generation of BC Calc was redesigned from the ground up with a focus on productivity and expanded functionality. Existing users will note a similar, but enhanced user interface and experience that will allow them to easily transition to the new application. The same features from the desktop version are combined with new features exclusive to the web application.
